But the negative is a biggie! The RPG Berserker cardigan was ordered on 01 December 2024 and arrived on 27 December 2024 in Sydney after Christmas had passed by. The problem (and Torokami bears liability for their choice) is their shipping company PostNL. After 'uplifting' the 1 kn soft-pack Christmas parcel on 05 December, there was no further trace of it through the tracking number until it arrived in Sydney on 21 December. PostNL (not the cheapest shipping company, anyway) handed off the shipping order to OmniParcel, whose reputation I will let readers research online. Now I understandthat this was international shipping of a 1 kg soft package, and I am aware it was the Christmas period, but I feel that PostNL-OmniParcel is not the service quality of the larger intrernational firms. Caveat emptor! Finally OmniParcel handed off the order in Sydney to a small local courier (Firefly AU) on 25 December for eventual delivery late in the day on 27 December.

So the take-home message in this tale is - a good company, helpful service but perhaps an appaling corporate choice for a shipping company. My advice is to order, leaving over a month for delivery (especialy international).

Loved it but then…

Reality set in. 1 month into wear it I had to retire it because the seems were already ripping and giving out. Next to both pockets and on a sleeve. Hoping to find someone to repair. For this price point it should be a bit more well made.
